General
Villa Aqua is a luxury 5 bed/5 bath villa with a
maximum occupancy of 12 people.
Amenities include its own heated 30ft pool and jacuzzi, TVs, DVDs,
games
room, WLAN - and much more! Villa Aqua is one of the few villas at
Windsor Hills with no rear neighbours and a spacious, open park view
from the pool terrace. There is a kitchen, dining room, living room,
games room and five (5) bedrooms with their own bathrooms in the villa.
The interior designer,
Carmen Griffiths, has chosen the colours, textiles and furniture that
form a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere for you to enjoy. Villa Aqua
is equipped with two A/C units (downstairs/upstairs) to keep the
interior cool and comfortable.
There is free parking space available for two
cars in front of the villa, just a few steps from the front door.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with all the quality amenities: a stove, washing machine, microvawe, coffee maker, water heater, toaster, fridge etc. The granite countertops create a feel of luxury. The kitchen nook offers space for six diners. Together with the dining room, there is space for 14 diners.
Dining Room
The dining room offers space for eight diners around the round table with a 'Lazy Susan' in the middle of it. There is a functional serving opening between the kitchen and dining room.
Living Room
The living room is a great place to spend a nice and relaxing evening by watching a Blu-Ray movie on a big flat screen Full-HD Tv or just discussing and remembering the great day in a park. The living room is equipped with 3+2+2 leather sofas. The large sliding doors (glass) open a great view to the pool terrace and the park behind the villa.
Pool Terrace
There is a 28 ft pool and jacuzzi in the pool terrace. Both are heated and equipped with underwater lighting. The management company maintains the pool once a week for your convenience. The pool terrace is equipped with a safety fence to prevent small children from accessing the pool area without supervision.
Deck chairs are availabe for sunbathers and toys
for children.
Games Room
The games room is a great place to have fun: a pool table, air hockey and ping pong. There are also toys available for small children.
Master Bedroom 1
Master bedroom 1 is located downstairs (King Size
bed). It has its own bathroom.
Master bedroom 2
Master bedroom 2 with its own bathroom is located
downstairs (King Size bed).
Bedroom 3
Bedroom
3 (downstairs) is designed especially for children with two bunk
beds (sleeps 4). The beds are 1 meter / 38 inches wide and 2 meters /
78 inches
long so that they are also suitable for adults. It has its own bathroom.
Bedroom 4
Bedroom 4 with its own bathroom is located
upstairs (Queen Size bed).
Bedroom 5
Bedroom 5 is located upstairs (Twin beds). It has
its own bathroom.
